Biocolor is a division of South Pole Biogroup (www.spbiogroup.com), a family of companies focused on the development, manufacturing and marketing of natural products, present in more than 20 countries around the world.
Since its beginnings, the company’s main focus has been in development of proprietary know-how in key technologies for the stabilization, emulsification and encapsulation of chromaphores and natural ingredients. This continued in-house research has allowed the creation of color formulas that are capable of giving the best technical and more cost-effective natural solution covering, pH and HLB (solubility) range.
Biocolor’s main expertise fields includes the beverage industry (alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and powder beverages); the meat industry; snacks (pre-extrusion, slurry and powder cheese colors); margarine; dairy industry (cheese, yoghurt, milk desserts, etc.) powder products; confectionery; pasta and baked products, etc, Biocolor’s customers represent the full spectrum, from small start-up companies to large international retail marketers.
